A total of 468 exhibiting companies participated in this year's analytica, which is a 37% increase compared to the number of exhibitors in 2008. The number of visitors who attended the fair increased by 16% to an impressive total of 15,282 visitors in three days.
 
An independent survey conducted during the fair confirmed the outstanding success of leading platform for analysis, laboratory technology, diagnostics and biotechnology in China and Asia. 98% of the visitors surveyed said that they were planning to attend analytica China again. The fair also received top marks from the exhibitors, 94% of whom indicated that they were planning to participate again in 2012. An impressive 96% of all exhibiting companies stated that they would recommend the fair to others.
